Where did the idea for TrustMate come from?

- Behind our idea for TrustMate were analyses of e-commerce market development. We were looking for a market niche where we could achieve market success through product innovation. Since over 90% of Internet users look for reviews before making a purchase, our choice fell on the area of review management. We posed a virtual challenge to the biggest players in Poland and abroad. We wanted to create an innovative product that would help our clients increase sales based on reviews from customers. After 3 years I can say with certainty that thanks to the hard work of the whole Team we have achieved our goals and we have an excellent product, thanks to which we can effectively compete on the global market.

Well, there are many companies in this market, how is TrustMate different from them?

- In our solution, we focused on maximizing SEO results for our clients based on reviews. We have created a unique on a global scale Hints System, which is a system of content hints, thanks to which our clients gain content and extensive reviews. Our solution contributes to the fact that reviews obtained with us are much more useful both from the perspective of the users reading them and from the perspective of boosting SEO. Another key feature of TrustMate is the attractive and effective display of collected product and company reviews on our customers' websites through a variety of widgets. What also distinguishes us from other systems collecting reviews is the very high effectiveness of the system. We also want to stand out on the customer service side. We are available across a variety of contact channels and are eager to help clients maximize business results based on reviews.

Do you operate only on the Polish market?

- In our development strategy, we put a strong emphasis on international expansion. Our priorities are the CEE and American markets. We have been actively selling in these markets for several months now. Overseas expansion has allowed us to significantly accelerate our customer acquisition. We acquired more customers in the first quarter of 2021 than in all of 2020. We are currently increasing the number of language versions and will support 20 languages. We can now confidently say that in 2021 we have become a company that offers its products globally. We already have customers from all over the world starting from Australia through India, the USA to several European countries. We acquire customers in foreign markets on the one hand by active sales and on the other by supporting the expansion of our Polish customers in their international business. A good example of this is R-GOL, eObuwie or 4F, i.e. customers we serve both in Poland and abroad.
